Campgrounds / RV Parks
If camping is the type of accommodation you are looking for, then you are in luck here: campgrounds and RV Parks are fairly abundant in the Port Alberni Valley. There are three Provincial Campgrounds near the city (Sproat Lake, Stamp River, Taylor Arm), all of which have fairly affordable camping rates with lots of outdoor activities nearby.
There are also a number of private campgrounds and RV Parks that may suit your fancy. The private campgrounds tend to be around the same price as the provincial parks, and usually you’ll find these businesses located in a lovely setting with good access to the Alberni Valley’s many adventures.
